He’s fought through multiple back and neck surgeries, battled setbacks that would’ve stopped most people, and carried the responsibility of raising two boys 24 years apart, with two grandchildren depending on his example. Slowing down was never an option.
2024 was his year of full neck and back fusion — and his comeback.
Now in his 50s, Chris chose the harder road: recommitting to training smarter, eating with intention, and rebuilding his body with purpose. His life is proof that after 40, strength isn’t just possible — it’s essential.
