Let’s face it – Between work, school, home, social, recreational, and other activities you might have going on, it’s tough to find a few free minutes sometimes! With all of these expectations and requirements, sometimes it’s easy to let our fitness and goals slip between the cracks. I developed a system that is easy to use, simple to follow, and very effective.
My name is Chris Ownbey. I am a 50-year-old personal trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in training men and women 40+ in a private one-on-one studio located in North Dallas. I understand that as we get older our reasons and goals for exercise change. It is not about vanity anymore, but longevity, and so our workouts should change with us as well.
The big-box gyms are not for everyone—they can be confusing and intimidating.

Get In, Get Fit, Go Play! Our 5-20-5 program starts with a 5-minute warm-up. Next, we move into a custom-tailored, 20 -minute workout designed to increase your strength, flexibility, and cardio. We finish with a 5- minute stretching cool-down session.
My role is to provide a step-by-step plan for your objective. I will provide the accountability, the guidance, the inspiration and encouragement, and expertise, all you need to do is take action and call.
