Our mission is simply Good Health.
Specifically, Health Maintenance when you are 40 and over. Men and women over 40 struggle with most of the advice in the fitness industry (diet and exercise) which is geared toward younger people. They have different needs, wants, and goals. As we get older, our focus will shift from vanity to longevity. Keeping up with the kids and grandkids, having the energy to do the things need to do. We want to feel better, eliminate falls, move better and be significant for the last 1/3 years of our lives. We do not work out at 40,50 or 60 as we did in our 20’s. Our program is safe. It’s not about vanity but longevity. We do not leave the ground doing burpees or box jumps or anything that can be harmful to our joints, the wrists, knees, hips, or back. Our 30-minute program is developed for each client’s physical limitations, needs, wants, and goals.
