What sets me apart from other trainers that the fact that now in my 50s. I’ve learned through personal experience that we do not work out in our 40s and 50s like we did in our 20s.
Unfortunately, most of the fitness information today is written by the younger generation for the younger generation. Following this advice can lead to frustration, confusion, and possible injury. Working out at 40 and above, we should not be leaving the ground doing box jumps, or burpees.
2 things you can control the quality of your life are. 1. Resistance training and 2. Cardiovascular training. These 2 things alone along with smart nutrition will allow us not only to live longer but live a better quality of life as we age.
