My job is to do a golf fitness assessment to find out where you are losing energy. Is it a flexibility issue, strength issue or improper movement patterns. From this assessment, we will develop a golf-specific routine to correct these limitations.

How will a golf-specific fitness routine help you?
✐ As the body ages, it loses flexibility. Loss of flexibility is the single most important physical characteristic likely to influence one’s golf swing. A tight body restricts the motion of the swing and can even lead to injuries. How does fitness training for golf differ from going to the gym and exercising on the machines?
✐ Sport specific training is unique to the individual sport. You would not train for golf the same as you prepared for football in high schoolTPI certified golf fitness instructor
What can you expect when we first meet?
✐ An initial physical evaluation is performed. This evaluation is the same assessment used for the PGA professionals on tour. The assessment will identify your physical deficits, however small. Your range of motion, strength, balance, and flexibility are tested extensively. Once this evaluation is completed, You will have an understanding of which physical limitations are directly affecting your performance, then we develop a program to correct these limitations.golf fitness stretches
