My mission is to help men and women 40 and over to exercise safely and effectively. We shouldn’t be doing the same workouts we did when we were younger. Most of the information written on diet and exercise is geared toward the younger generation. Following this advice can lead to frustration, confusion, and possible injury. I specialize in fitness for men and women 40 and older. We do not leave the ground doing box jumps or burpees. It’s not about vanity but longevity. It’s about moving better and feeling better. We design your program for your physical limitations, needs, wants, and goals. We are a private studio with zero distractions located in north Dallas. The best thing is your IN and OUT in 30 minutes.

We do not work out in our 40’s 50’s and 60’s like we did in our 20’s. Let me show you how.

Why our program is different from other Personal training programs?

Chris has been a personal trainer in Dallas for over 30 years. He specializes in workouts for men and women 40 years of age and older.
We understand as we get older we exercise for different reasons. It’s not about the big pretty vanity muscles, it’s about longevity, better health, move better, and getting the spring back in your step to have significance the last 1/3 of your life.

 How is your program set up?

It’s in a private one-on-one personal training studio located in North Dallas. It’s a proprietary program called system 5-20-5. Our program begins with a 5-minute warm-up, then a 20-minute full-body workout, and we end with a 5-minute cool-down stretch.

We do not leave the ground or do anything that can be harmful on the joints. Safety is our highest priority.

Will you help me with my nutrition?

Yes. We work with type two diabetes,pre-diabetic, low carb, or whatever your nutritional goal is! We have the experience to help.

 How do I get started?

Looking to get back in shape, or try something new? Let’s meet for 30 minutes. Take this time to interview me, and ask questions.

Then we go through a quick 30-minute workout. If you like what I do,  then we develop a plan and move forward from there.

Get In, Get Fit, Go Play! Our 5-20-5 program starts with a 5-minute warm-up. Next, we move into a custom-tailored, 20 -minute workout designed to increase your strength, flexibility, and cardio. We finish with a 5- minute stretching/ cool-down session.

Accountability

My role is to provide a step-by-step plan for your objective. I will provide the accountability, the guidance, the inspiration and encouragement, and expertise, all you need to do is take action.

Chris has been my Personal Trainer for over 3 years. My wife started working out with him also. We each do two separate 30 minute workouts with him every week.
