Hello, my name is Chris Ownbey
I’v been a personal trainer with more than 30 years in the industry. Now in my 50’s the way I workout and eat has changed. I specialize in personal training for Men and Women 40+ in a private one on one Studio located in North Dallas.
Because the big box gyms are not for everyone. They can be confusing and intimidating. Most importantly we should not be leaving the ground doing box jumps, burpees or anything that could be harmful to the joints, knees, wrists or back.

I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Chris. He is one of the original founders of 30-minute workouts and it shows!
