My name is Chris Ownbey.
A husband, father, grandfather, Marine, studio gym owner, and online fitness coach. Owner of Fit Over 40, and Chris Ownbey Golf fitness. In addition, I’m a freelance writer and authored dozens of e-books, hundreds of articles, and several fitness videos. Not just an armchair fitness expert, I’ve practiced what I preach.
Competed at a high level in several sports, including powerlifting, bodybuilding, Mixed Martial Arts, Close Quarter Combat Training, and golf. When not working with clients in-studio or online, I enjoy golf, training, researching, writing, and spending time with my two boys and granddaughter.
Now in my 50’s. I’ve begun a new fitness chapter in his life. Helping men and women 40 and over get back in shape in a safe and effective manner. I look forward to meeting you.
